Re: the account of Geller's miracle on the BBC-TV program that I
reported on...

In the interest of strict accuracy, please be advised that the
Geller/Frost shows are not broadcast from London but from the Central
TV studios in Nottingham. So the woman whose mind Geller was "reading"
was in Paris, but Geller was in Nottingham.

A small point, but we know how readily the opposition will screech at
any error WE make, while establishing new records in that category,
themselves....

Canadian journalist Andrew Lundy has reminded me that there are media
folks out there who are responsible and caring about distributing
facts rather than fancies. He brings up Gene Emory, and I add Leon
Jaroff to that short list. I apologize to these folks who have had to
dodge my general vilification of the profession. Stay with us; we
need you.

It's hardly as an excuse, but I will point out that there were
genuinely caring patriots in Germany who had no part of the atrocities
that took place in World War II, but belonged to the Nazi party. They
did not deserve the calumnies dealt them, either.
